Can I cancel my order?

My order never arrived. (Lost stolen shipment) What do I do?


NAKAI is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at info@nakaiskincarecosmetics.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
