CAN I GET A REFUND?
We believe that once you purchase our products it becomes part of a lifestyle. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed on www.nakaiskincarecosmetics.com then you may request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, email at info@nakaiskincarecosmetics.com Include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “nakai") and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. Please note that(except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable and for international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@nakaiskincarecosmetics.com within 10 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “......", photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM? Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email. Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nakaiskincarecosmetics.com

Customer Service hours are 8am-5pm EST via email at info@nakaiskincarecosmetics.com Monday through Friday, excluding CANADIAN Statutory holidays. Nakai Skincare & Cosmetics reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased. Nakai Skincare & Cosmetics refund and return policies are subject to change. You should therefore consult www.nakaiskincarecosmetics.com at the time of your purchase to confirm the current refund and return policy.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed by 11:30am EST (Mon-Fri, excluding CANADIAN holidays) will ship same day. During periods of high demand, your order may take 1-2 business days to be processed.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We’ll keep you updated via email, and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive. We use multiple carriers to ship orders in the US and internationally; we will notify you with a tracking number once your order ships. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

DOES NAKAI SKINCARE & COSMETICS PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
If you live in Germany, Ireland, USA, United Kingdom, or Australia, we will charge you duties and taxes at checkout. We do not cover international duties and taxes in other countries - you will be charged for duties and taxes at time of delivery.
 
Duties & Taxes will be paid on checkout for Australia, Ireland, USA, Germany and United Kingdom. All other countries will require duties & taxes to be paid upon delivery. My country isn't listed. Now what?  As we expand, we're regularly adding more countries. Send us a note and we will try our best and see how we can ship to your country
